A lot of people are waking up and it's really exciting. This, right now is the most exciting time in my life. Change is coming so fast and most people my age don't even realize. And it's just so normal for the youth. So most employment in the traditional sense will be gone. Scarcity will be a thing of the past and creativity will be KING. People have to readjust to this and learn different life skills. People are going to have to give up their fixation for money and concentrate on creating worth.
