These last two weeks have been difficult at work, we have to report, close and balance the numbers at the end of the day. Without internet, we can't close the point of sale, we can't access the system to get the X and Z reports at the end of the day, let alone send the day's follow up to the owner of the store. Two weeks that were quite strong in all aspects, customers requesting invoices and without internet, there is no access to the system and less to make an invoice, so we resorted to do everything manually.

The first day of those two chaotic weeks the owner asked us why he did not see in his email the usual email sent by the machine that is intended for that, we told him the situation, and we agreed to send it early the next day, but we did not count that the problem would be big and would affect us for two weeks, in addition to that, the power cuts did not give us truce, for five days we cut the power supply for at least 30 minutes three times a day, which by the way, every day was different hours.

The internet cut gave the store a fine, since we canceled a payment, which for internet reasons we could not print it in a nearby cyber to place it on the fiscal billboard, but even when we tried to explain it to the people in charge of the visit they did not understand. But you know what, the two people who went to the visit told us to give him a specific type of paint and placed in the follow-up that they carry that everything was fine, imagine that. This is so shameless and disrespectful, then they speak ill of the agency and put you in jail for denouncing these acts.
