I last updated my garden a month and a half ago, and at that time we had just planted the seedlings and seeds. Now, I wanted to share with you what changes have taken place in the past period. Let me briefly talk about what we planted in our garden. We planted many kinds of vegetables such as beans, cucumbers, pepper varieties, tomato varieties, strawberries, parsley, cabbage, potatoes. Our garden is not very big, but it provides us with enough food for our family of three. I love pickled hot peppers a lot, so we planted peppers more than other vegetables. Now we can see how much my crops have grown over the last 1.5 months.
One of the things I look forward to growing in the garden is tomatoes. I finally saw them grow up but they haven't reddened yet. I think after a few weeks they will start to blush. Cherry tomatoes were planted in the beginning but I forgot to photograph the pictures. We tied support rods to the growing tomato seedlings. In this way, the branches will not break due to the weight of the tomatoes.
The most favorite peppers in my garden. My addiction to pepper started here. I used to not consume pickled peppers before, but here I consume these pickles at every meal. It's also very stimulating on the gut. I plucked a few overgrown ones from their branches, but they all need a little more time to fully grow.
I don't know if the cucumbers are because of the shade of the plum tree or because of the seller we bought them from, but it doesn't look like it will be very productive this year. Let's wait and see how it turns out over time. We have plucked it from the branch a few times so far, and it tasted very delicious.
Parsley and mint continue to grow. Because my mother loves stuffed cabbage and soup, she planted cabbage in a small area for herself, and they were the first crop we plucked from the garden and consumed. Parsley is very useful in getting rid of edema, so I prepare myself a water with parsley every day by plucking it from the branch. There is nothing more enjoyable than plucking your own produce and eating it.
Those who see the geranium stuck between parsley and mint?
Another favorite of our garden is green beans. As a family, we love to consume green beans in the summer, so after peppers, green beans were the second thing we planted. I gathered the first crop today while I was shooting the garden for you. My mother is out of town and my brother and I are at home, I'm thinking of making dinner from these beans I've collected. I got a total of two handfuls of crops and this is quite enough for the meal. I talked about the products and for now, this is how the developments were. I want to tell you about the location of my garden. So it will be much easier for you to visualize.
I am preparing this article while the beans I have just collected are cooking on the stove. I will share the recipe with you tomorrow. Now let's come back to the garden. I noticed a few things today. Although I carefully placed the seedlings and planted them, I realized that a few roots could not complete their development. We think that this happened because it was overshadowed by other seedlings.
My mother later bought tomato seedlings from a village aunt and planted them in the front part of the strawberries because they could not find a place (seen in the location photos). They also have not completed their development yet, but we are following. By the way, we water our garden once every two days when the sun's effect decreases. That's all I'm going to say for now. Consuming the products that I have grown from my own garden brings out beautiful feelings that I cannot describe. I feel lucky to have had this experience...
Waiting for your suggestions and comments. Thanks for your support so far. Take care of yourselves.
