Stalled tournament rounds heal themselves, and the live countdown finally sits where it belongs.
This one is tournament polish. A bracket round that could get stuck after a
forfeit now recovers on its own, so your tournament keeps moving. The live
bracket also got a small readability fix on the round-close countdown.

Tournament rounds recover from a forfeit stall
A tournament round could get stuck when a match was decided by forfeit:
the winner did not always carry through, and the next round would not
start. The bracket now spots that case and heals itself, so the tournament
advances on its own instead of stalling.
Cleaner live bracket countdown
On the live tournament bracket, the round-close countdown was crowding the
"Live now" label. It now sits at the right edge of the pairing row, so the
time left is easy to read at a glance.
