Morning Run - parkrun 43

I just finished a 4.993km running that lasted about 0hh:26mm:42ss !

Storm Arwen made for a muddy course, but the weather was not too bad during the run and the sun even came out. I will include a picture of my legs for @dickturpin. Not too muddy really, but then I was lucky to not slip over. I was sliding about at times and that slowed me down.

I talk about the run in today's podcast for #NaPodPoMo. Only three days of this challenge to go. @epodcaster started this challenge and brought it to Hive.
