I just finished a 11.588km running that lasted about 1hh:5mm:44ss !
Not a nice morning today. It was cold and raining a bit as I went out. The rain got worse at times. I needed my gloves. I went for my usual long loop, but did not extend it as much as I might normally as I had had enough. There were still a fair few runners out there.
I was not looking at my watch, but I get an audio update every kilometre. For some reason my phone cannot say two digit numbers properly any more so eleven is one one. The average pace is what I expect now for a longer run. I was able to push a bit at times and a desire to get out of the rain helped with that.
My podcast listening was mostly Linux Inlaws. It reminds me a lot of an old show called Linux Outlaws that 
After a shower and a coffee I am mostly warmed up again now. I still need to go out later for some garden chores.
