I just finished a 6.676km running that lasted about 0hh:39mm:18ss !

It's a lovely day today and so I was happy enough to get out for a run. I was aiming to do my long (6 minute) intervals and decided to do them across the fields over the railway line for a change. It can be an issue that there are so many people out and about these days.

This does bring the hazard of uneven ground, so I went with my trail shoes even though it was not muddy. There was a family paddling in the river as I passed the old mill falls. Then it is onto some farm roads before crossing a couple of fields on the way to RAF Henlow. My fast intervals were going fairly well at more or less 5 min/km. The last one was not quite so good as I got stuck behind some people crossing a narrow bridge over the river, but it does not really matter.

The last stretch was a gentle jog back through #Arlesey, giving everyone lots of room. I took the back way round to our house to add an extra little hill and some extra distance.

A fairly enjoyable run overall. I hope everyone else is able to get some exercise. It is good for the mind as well as the body.
