My legs have built some endurance, but were just not at their best today. I have some rest days each week.

I am not a big user of AI stuff, but some people use it all the time and may think it's okay for their kids who cannot judge what might be good for them. Kids have always talked to their toys even if they don't answer and that sort of play ought to be good for them. We don't need machines to take away our creativity.

A lot of the tech news is just about AI now. I've heard of music venues who won't accept posters produced with AI as they want to support artists.
