Description from Strava:
I was tail-walking at parkrun yesterday. I had a lovely chat with the other guy doing it as we walked the course. We got so carried away that we almost forgot to pick up the cones and signs. The weather was okay then, but it rained for the rest of the day.

Today is much better, which is good as I have organised a walk for people interested in the Hive blockchain. We are meeting at Hitchin station at 11 if anyone else wants to come along.

I still wanted to do a run and decided to go around the parkrun course. It may have been slightly softer than yesterday after all that rain.

I took it fairly gently, but I did disturb a couple of rabbits. Plenty of people out fishing. I did two laps before heading home. That means I am local legend on one of the segments again. I came back over the road bridge, which means a bit of a climb.

I am just preparing for the walk. A friend is coming over from Norfolk to join us. I hope the rain holds off.

Enjoy your Sunday and run free.
