The researchers at a University of New York in the United States say there is no difference between nutrition in white eggs and red eggs. Red egg contains omega-3 fatty acids a little more. But the 'little' amount is so small that it is not worth counting. That is why they say that both white and red eggs have equal nutritional value.
Regarding the cause of egg white or reddish, the researchers say that white eggs come from white feather chickens whose color is usually white or light. And red egg layers of red or slightly dark-headed chicken.
Studies have shown that egg color is different in some cases, depending on whether the taste will be the same. Some chickens eat food themselves, and feed on the farm as per the demand of poultry. So there is a difference in taste.
According to the researchers, if the white feather chicken and dark-colored chicken are fed the same food, a lot of taste can not be understood and the quality will not be different.
