These are fried potato rolls in cheese flavor. Easy to make just boil potatoes, mash and mix with salt, pepper a little milk but do not make it watery just a bit lumpy. Then place in the middle of a lumpia wrapper and roll like lumpia. Then fry till crispy. Drain the excess oil then coat in cheese flavored seasoning. You can make different varieties by mixing veggies or protein. Good snack for the kids and adults. Oh I forgot there is a stick of cheese inside the potato mixture before wrapping in lumpia wrapper. You can change to protein or veggie.
