Comes the festival season and you will find a different kind of atmosphere everywhere. This is what I personally belive during Indian festival. Different devotional songs playing across the air, crowded market and a differrnt kind of weather, as summer is ending and we are welcoming the winter season. So it is perfect time for any kind of celebration.
Indian festival generally starts during the September- October time so you can expect the weather very pleasant. Durga puja being the main festival that starts with the festival season. People worship Goddess Durga. The 9 days of festival is quite a happy time got many people as they celebrate the grand ocassion with their loved ones. The craze is such that you will not a find reservation on train or flight. People used to book their reservation in advance to be with their family memebrr to mark the ocassion.
There were lot of rush too at the market as people visit to differrnt shops to buy new cloth. They want to make this ocassion special. This year the craze is little more as many people were celebrating the festival after 2 years. Just because of Corona, they were unable to travel to far off distance. That is why everybody is wanted to make the ocassion bigger with all possible way.
