Here is a drawing I made for the panaderos or anyone involved in baking breads. Those who work at night and just before sunrise making sure that we have a hot and freshly baked supply of bread for the day. Those who didn't mind sacrificing their time and sometimes a bit of their social life because they are working when most people are sleeping soundly. Thank you to the baker who baked that bread I ate this morning. It was toasted and delicious perfect for my hot cup of coffee.
My drawing is a cute puppy still wearing his night clothes carrying a bag full of freshly baked breads for delivery. The bell he holds is symbolic of the horn I hear each morning when the early morning bread peddler wakes everyone as he announces his coming. Too bad if you're late and miss the opportunity to buy.
