Good greeting hiveians....

Self-confidence is not a trait born with a human being, but we gain it day after day. Which explains why some people have a lot of confidence, and some people don't have enough confidence in themselves.

People who have little confidence in themselves are people who do not cease to underestimate their importance, and do not even imagine that others can see anything special in them.

Their lack of self-confidence and lack of faith in their abilities always prevents them from taking the initiative and moving forward, they always rule out the possibility of success in what they do, so you yourself, if you are not confident in your competence in what you do, you will often back off from doing what you wish to do. That's how an unsure person thinks, and so she's lazy about the initiative and misses a lot of chances of success. Moreover, people who do not have enough self-confidence cause themselves a feeling of distress and insecurity. These people often have trouble taking charge of their daily lives, while self-confidence teaches the individual how to think and act independently and freely, and gives his relationships with others a different and distinct character.

When you feel completely unconfident about yourself, remember that you have a different identity from everyone, in the sense that we are fully informed, convinced of who we are, we are certainly human and do not look like anyone, because nature dictates that we do not look like each other, just like fingerprints. Also remember that you have your own taste, special interests and sensibility, and that you don't have to look like anyone.

To know who we are is the first stage, and the second stage is to try to shed light on our strengths and highlight them. If, for example, you're someone who has the ability to organize your life, something that not everyone else has, or the privilege of listening well to your friends, or being a very skilled woman in cooking and your dishes that impress everyone who tastes them, these are all significant features that should be highlighted. The essence of the idea is that we cannot find a single person in this world who is not comfortable in practicing a particular hobby alone, and who is more creative in it than others. So, feel free to grab a paper and a pen and focus on noticing your features no matter how small in your eyes, and after you write them, polish them and show them constantly.

Who among us was not bothered by a sarcastic nickname his friends used to call him, or from repeated criticism of his father or mother? We have all faced criticism of this kind that reduces our personality and our value, but at a varying pace. Get rid of the effects of all the sarcastic opinions, judgments and titles that friends and family used to call you in childhood or adolescence. Psychologists have found that the causes of self-distrust are rooted in childhood or adolescence, and parents, siblings and the surrounding environment generally play a major role in perpetuating this, for example when they cursing the child to his big nose, his failure to study or anything negative about it, rather than trying to correct it and encourage the child to improve.

It is not enough to realize that we have our own identity and personality, but we must know that this gives us natural rights, including the right to form and express personal ideas and opinions, and the right to take initiatives, in order to refrain from adopting the views of others without discussing or waiting for their initiatives to change our lives. When you have your own opinions, try to highlight them and express them appropriately in front of others, do not hide them or keep them to yourself, and do not pretend to agree with the opinions of others just because you are afraid to make fun of your opinions.

As a step forward, try in your daily life to force yourself to play your part when there is a public debate in your presence, even if your opinion does not agree with the opinion of the majority, even if you think your opinion is irrelevant. At first, try to do it in a limited environment, such as expressing your opinion among people close to you, for example within the family, so that you will not be ashamed to express your opinion or their reaction. After you've gained some courage and used to discussions, try to do the same among friends, and then, in the final stage, do the same and highlight your opinions and attitudes in the office in front of your colleagues at meetings, for example.
