I don't often take the dog to the beach in the evening for no reason other than it has become a morning habit. However, Lola made a new friend just before lockdown so we've recently been walking in the park so she can socialise.
There's a significant swing in the weather here today after weeks of fine weather. We haven't seen any rain yet but the wind is up and the sky is pretty heavy. The perfect opportunity for some black and white images.
We parked up at the local lifeboat shed and headed north along the beach.

The old pillbox is waist deep this evening.
The wind is from the north and is whipping up the sea to create lots of sea foam which is collecting against the groynes. My favourite colour on offer by Fender Guitars is called Seafoam Green. This certainly wasn't anything like that.
It looks like it's going to be a relatively bleak 4 or 5 days now so there should be ample opportunity for more moody photographs.
