Yesterday, I introduced my newbies for the month of February. To get to know them, click on LINK to visit the publication. I would so much appreciate if you can also give out some support to those newbies as well.
This is the first task I would be giving to the newbies for this month. The purpose of this tasks is to know the condition, difficulties or issues the newbies may be facing at the moment so I can know how I can clear the air and have a discussion on whatever issue they may have with them.

--Newbies would be set as 3% beneficiary of my post rewards, (this means they will earn 3% of everything that I earn) so they can earn some liquid hive in their wallet and grow faster.
--Newbies would receive 25% of my autovote i.e $0.09+ on two publications they make daily, if so far my voting power isn't below 85%.
--Newbies can ask anything they want to know about Hive or blogging related in our SMILE DISCORD SERVER in #newbies-chat under the "NEWBIES INITIATIVE" category.
--In completing these tasks, I will give 1 HBI units at the end of everyweek to each participating newbie. This is limited to those who successfully publish everyday in the week.
--Each Newbie will receive a Hive Power Delegation of 50 Hive during their time in the initiative.
--Most engaged newbie on posts of other newbies receives a prize of 2 Hive every week.
--Get to know new authors and initiatives.

--Participating newbies are expected to publish everyday, at least one post a day. This is very possible to attain, that's why I would recommend joining The 30 Days Blogging Challenge hosted by The Blogging Challenge Community which would help to achieve the goal of daily blogging on Hive.
--Posts made by participating newbies are advised to be shared in the SMILE DISCORD SERVER in #newbies-posts under the "NEWBIES INITIATIVE" category in which newbies can engage with each other by commenting on shared posts. I will be on the look out for healthy comments and supporting them either through upvotes or tips via

What is HBI?
It is an incentive fund that gives a lifetime vote to the basic income organization. The more HBI you have, the better the vote. You can't buy them for yourself, the only way to get them is to receive them from others or buy them for others. When you buy them, you get the same amount in return. It's like paying in advance.

Es un fondo de incentivos que da un voto de por vida de la organizaci贸n de ingresos b谩sicos. Cuanto m谩s HBI tengas, mejor ser谩 el voto. No se puede comprar para uno mismo, la 煤nica manera de obtenerlos es recibi茅ndolos de otros o compr谩ndolos para otros. Cuando los compras, obtienes la misma cantidad a cambio. Algo as铆 como pagarlo por adelantado.
