ACCOUNT RECOVERY PROCESS NOT GOING THROUGH!!!

@mayorkeys hive account has been compromised. I am his recovery account, and I have been trying to recover his account using this recovery process: @reazuliqbal/hive-account-recovery-gui

But step 1, in which the compromised account is meant to generate a new owner key, is not going through. PLS HELP! WHAT'S THE WAY OUT?
