I think most of you probably already know what this “weird contraption” pictured above is.
Yup, your guesses it... the dreaded stairmaster! 🤦🏼♂️
After doing my regular weekly routine of lifting weights (about an hour), I decided to jump on this badboy and start climbing some stairs to test it out. 😒
I only lasted five minutes! Maybe it’s not a good idea to use this thing on a day after I lifted tons of weights. 🤷🏼♂️
I’m thinking about including this in my workouts later in the future. I’m tired of people calling me out cause of my chicken legs! 🤣
Many of them just don’t know, I got dem’ basketball legs and will jump all over them on the basketball courts with my hops! 😉
With that being said, I’ve finished all my workouts for the week and I will now have a long three day weekend of relaxation.
Next workout will be on Monday! 😬
