Finally Friday! I love Fridays. I dream of the weekend during Friday. These dreams are about sleep. I say I will sleep a lot every Friday weekend. But I spend the weekend cleaning. I hope I can sleep this weekend. I really need this. My body is about to go bankrupt now.
We usually go to visit my family on Friday evenings. Today we went to my family again after work. My mom cooks great food. We made cookies with my mother today. I hope you like our recipe.
Ingredients for mother cookie
•3 eggs
•1 glass of yoghurt
•1 water glass measure of oil
••1.5 cups sugar
•1 pack of baking soda
•1 packet of vanilla
•As much flour as you get
•Walnut
First we make the materials come to room temperature. Then we beat the eggs and sugar. We separate the white of one egg. We'll bake the cookies with this egg white. After whisking the sugar and eggs, we add all the ingredients slowly and get our dough.
Then we shape the cookies. We spread egg white on the cookies we shape and lay them on a baking tray.
We bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees until it is browned.
