Delicious lunch🍲 // Un Delicioso almuerzo🍲

A greeting to all of you today I bring you a rice mixed with chicken, it is really a scrambled rice but the touch of vegetables gives it a very good flavor and adds color to the dish.

Un saludo para todos ustedes hoy les traigo un arroz mezclado con pollo, en realdad es un arroz revuelto pero el toque de verduras le da muy buen sabor y agrega color al plato.

I won't list the ingredients since it doesn't take much, I'll tell you what I used while I was telling the story.

No pondré lista de ingredientes ya que no hace falta de mucho, les diré lo que use mientras del cuento.

The first thing to do there is to boil the chicken, I used a breast since it was only for me and my grandmother.

Lo primero que ahí que hacer es poner a hervir el pollo, yo use una pechuga ya que solo era para mi y mi abuela.

While the chicken is boiling, we chopped some long onions to fry with the rice, I also chopped some carrots in small pieces.

Mientras el pollo hierve picamos un poco de cebolla larga para sofreír con el arroz, también pique un poco de zanahoria en pequeños pedazos.

I put them on the fire with a little oil until they get a little brown.

Los puse al fuego un con poco aceite asta que se dore un poco.

I also put the rice, one cup by the way, let it toast and then add the water.
I let it cook and went to demodulate the breast that was already cooked.
I also chopped up some other vegetables.
Then in a pan with oil I finished cooking the chicken with the vegetables.
When the chicken was golden, I added the rice that was already ready

Le puse también el arroz, una taza por cierto, deje que se tostara y luego agrega el agua.
Deje que se cocinara y fui a desmodular la pechuga que ya estaba cosida.
También pique otro poco de verduras.
Luego en un sartén con aceite termine de cocinar el pollo con las verduras.
Cuando el pollo se estaba dorado le eche el arroz ya listo

And finally I stirred it all up in the pan.

Y por ultimo lo revolví todo en la sartén.

There you go! Fast, tasty and healthy, it doesn't take much time so it goes very well for a simple lunch.

Listo! Rápido, sabroso y saludable, no quita mucho tiempo así que va muy bien para un almuerzo sencillo.
