Crytocurrency is complicated enough. Being reasonably new to the crypto-verse I signed up for freewallet.org multi-wallet thinking it would be as good as any to store the multitude of different coins I was going to mine and get super rich off of. I know, it's laughable.
Thankfully I only deposited a few digital notes (XDN) and a few Monero (XMR) in their wallet. Worst case scenario is I lose about $10 and gain a nice bit of education.
I know it may sound like I'm complaining but reality is the coins I have there are still there and haven't went anywhere. What I am writing this is to question the decision of whether or not these people have a clue or not.
What am I talking about, you might ask.
This:
As the screenshot plainly states, XMR deposits are temporarily suspended. Followed by, XMR deposits haven't been affected, they operate normally.
WHICH IS IT! Are they suspended but working normally? OK, sure I get it. They are working normally, you just can't use them, seeing as how they are suspended and not working at all.
Normal or not it is apparent this wallet may or may not be a good choice for storing any real value of coin as they may or may not have a clue whether or not their service is or isn't working normally or normally not working.
Confused? So am I.
