Happy Weekends all! , its been a pretty rainy and chill weekend here in singapore , went to eat my fav beef noodles !
My fav choice is the mixed beef noodle , dry version ~ and yes that's my recommended choice .
Topped with beef cubes , stomach , tendons , beef strips , peanuts and bean sprouts , drenched with a thick beefy , sour gravy , and remember to squeeze a dash of lime.
Oh remember to grab the reddish orangey chilli sauce, it has an extremely sour burst of flavor to it that's a perfect combination for the tender beef ~
They also serve it a small bowl of beef soup with beef balls . The Soup also has a rich beefy flavor!
Overall this bowl of beefy noodles is just perfect for a chill rainy day . I really honor the cook for such passion and bringing out the strong beefy flavor on the beefy bowls .

Now this is by far the best i can find locally here , but you know where the best beef noodles are , and thats Vietnam & Taiwan.
