Hi Everyone,
I’m back with another Actifit Report and Update, I’ve been keeping active with the rowing machine. It provides a good workout for most of the body. I think it is a good alternative to the exercise bike. However, like the exercise bike, rowing on the rowing machine does not add to my activity counts on my Fitbit. The app can identify that I have engaged in a rowing action, which is quite clever and useful.
This week has been a little stressful. Our little dog, Ducky, broke her front leg when the back door slammed closed on her from a gust of wind. It was quite a nasty break. She needed a metal plate inserted in her leg. She had the operation on Friday. The good news is that the operation was a success and she is recovering well. It is expected she will take 6 to 8 weeks to recover. The plate will likely remain a permanent part of her leg.
I have posted twice since my previous Actifit Report. Both posts focused on our multi-tired system.
The first post discusses both the ‘left-wing’ and ‘right-wing’ versions of two-tiered systems. They have narratives that are basically the opposite to each other. Both these narratives have elements of truth to them, but they are both misdirected. Their main purpose is to divide the people to keep their focus off the system and the Establishment.
The second post continues from the first post. This post explores a multi-tiered system based on class rather than race, religion, or culture. The post breaks down the upper class into three subclasses (elite, executive, and celebrity). These classes are significant, as they play key and different roles in the Establishment. Both the middle class and working classes are the victims of this division.
That wraps up this Actifit Report and Update. I hope everyone had a good weekend, and I wish everyone a great week ahead.
