[ESP-ING] Desayuno de domingo, panquecas de chocolate - Sunday breakfast, chocolate pancakes

Buenos días a todos, feliz domingo...

Hoy me desperté y tenía ganas de comer algo que no fuese arepas ni pan, me puse a hacer unas panquecas uniendo unos ingredientes que tenía en casa.

Good morning everyone, happy Sunday....
Today I woke up and felt like eating something other than arepas or bread, so I started to make some pancakes by combining some ingredients I had at home.

Utilicé:
Harina de trigo, avena en hojuelas, polvo de chocolate, mantequilla, un huevito y miel.

I used:
Wheat flour, flaked oats, chocolate powder, butter, a small egg and honey.

Yo siempre hago las panquecas al ojo por ciento, porque ya de tanto hacerlas uno se aprende la cantidad.
Coloqué en la licuadora dos cucharaditas de mantequilla, un huevo, tres cucharadas grandes de avena en hojuelas, cinco cucharadas de harina de trigo, luego agregué 3 del polvo de chocolate (es una mezcla como para cupcakes), y aproximadamente dos de miel.

I always make the pancakes by eye percent, because you learn the quantity by making them so much.
I put in the blender two teaspoons of butter, one egg, three tablespoons of oat flakes, five tablespoons of wheat flour, then I added three tablespoons of chocolate powder (it's a mix like for cupcakes), and about two tablespoons of honey.

I'm really sorry for the blurry pictures, I took them and then I realized that they were blurry :(

Luego de que tengo todos los ingredientes en la licuadora, agrego un vaso de agua y lo dejo licuar como 5 min, para que quede bien homogénea la mezcla.

After I have all the ingredients in the blender, I add a glass of water and let it blend for about 5 minutes, so that the mixture is homogeneous.

Calentamos el sarten y empezamos a hacer nuestras panquecas. Este sarten es anti-adherente, pero de no tenerlo, le pones un poquito de aceite con una servilleta y listo.

La casa huele a chocolate, mientras las voy haciendo (me encanta), y dándoles vuelta de cada lado, terminé toda la mezcla.

We heat the pan and start making our pancakes. This pan is non-stick, but if you don't have it, put a little bit of oil on it with a napkin and that's it.

The house smells of chocolate, while I'm making them (I love it), and turning them on each side, I finished the whole mixture.

Cuando ya les tengo todas listas, pico aguacate, arreglo jamón y queso y las coloco en la mesa con unos arándanos.
Estuve leyendo hace poco los beneficios de los arándanos y ahora siempre trato de incluirlos en la alimentación.
Como siempre mi esposo feliz de los desayuno de los domingo.

When I have them all ready, I chop avocado, arrange ham and cheese and place them on the table with some blueberries.
I was recently reading about the benefits of blueberries and now I always try to include them in my diet.
As always my husband is happy with Sunday breakfasts.
