Una vez más enfermos en cssa, esta vez caí yo también, fiebre, tos y malestar gripal. ¡Dios mio!

Hace dos semanas César cayó con un virus estomacal, con vomitos, diarrea y fiebre, antes de eso se enfermó feisimo con otras cosas mas que tuvimos que ir al médico.

Ahora esto, la verdad que el covid nos dejó las defenzas bastante bajas y casi nada de resistencia a evitar enfermedades.

Yo no veo a los niños alrededor de César con gripe tanto como le da a César, por más que nos cuidemos, por más vitaminas que comamos, nos enfermamos.

Ahorita estamos comiendo frutas, mejorando nuestra manera de comer para poder estar en mejor forma pero no encuentro ya como no enfermarnos.

Esto es insoportable, la verdad. Ya no quiero toser más por gripe. 😭

Once again sick at home

Hello hello

Two weeks ago, César came down with a stomach virus, with vomiting, diarrhea and fever, before that he became so sick with other things that we had to go to the doctor.

Now this, the truth is that the covid left our defenses quite low and almost no resistance to avoid diseases.

I don't see the children around César with the flu as much as César gets, no matter how much we take care of ourselves, no matter how many vitamins we eat, we get sick.

Right now we are eating fruits, improving our way of eating to be in better shape but I can't find how not to get sick anymore.

This is unbearable, really. I no longer want to cough from the flu. 😭
