Beach, sun and beers. That's how I spent my Saturday, I have a lot to tell about my weekend and I'll start by saying that I went to the beach.
I bathed in sunscreen, we prepared cold pasta, loaded some beers and sangria and headed to a beach in Puerto Cabello. The reason, just to enjoy a weekend off and a well deserved vacation that made me reflect on many things. Being on a trip with the sole purpose of clearing the mind will always be a good plan and beneficial for mental health.
I'll show you more later, in the meantime, cheers with the light beer with grapefruit that was suitable for the beach, but in the end I went with my trusty Polarcita. Cheers!
Playa, sol y cervezas. Así pasé mi sábado, tengo mucho que contar acerca de mi fin de semana y comenzaré adelantando que fui a la playa.
Me bañé en protector solar, preparamos pasta fría, cargamos unas cervezas y una sangría y nos fuimos rumbo a una playa en Puerto Cabello. La razón, solo disfrutar de un fin de semana libre y de unas merecidas vacaciones que me hicieron reflexionar acerca de muchas cosas. Estar en un viaje con el único fin de despejar la mente siempre será un buen plan y beneficioso para la salud mental.
Luego les muestro más, mientras tanto, salud con la cerveza light con toronja que estaba adecuada para la playa, pero al final me fuí con mi Polarcita de confianza. ¡Salud!
