โจ I've got a huge realization today...
The intention behind your actions might be more important than the action itself.
Let me explain.
Our actions are usually backed by an idea we have (unless the action is entirely emotion-based)
Yet, there is a slight difference between ideas and intentions.
An idea is what created the spark for taking the action, in other words - the end goal.
On the other hand, the intention is the reason of our subconscious mind for taking action.
That's why most of the time people are not completely aware of their intentions which leads to unexpected outcomes.
Even if our consciousness has ะฐ clear intention, our subconscious might make things a bit blurry.
Here are some action steps that can help you clarify your intention:
Remove all possible distractions so you can contemplate with a clear mind.
Focus on the emotions that come up when thinking about the result you're aiming for.
Notice if you feel any itching or discomfort in your body after visualizing your goal.
Write down whatever comes to your mind after you've contemplated for a few minutes.

It's okay.
That's a result of the countless traumas and belief systems that have attacked us throughout the years.
Acting up with clear intentions helps a lot with coping with these past experiences.
