y solo me regresaban tu recuerdo
una y otra vez.

Criminal

Hoy me he sentido más criminal que nunca
Hoy tomé un afilado cuchillo
y se lo clavé a la memoria
para borrarte de ella
pero no fue posible:
Tu recuerdo volvía
En estallidos de llanto
En mirada rencorosa
En ojos moribundos.

Gracias por su lectura

I like working with words: joining them, erasing them, crossing them out, harmonizing them... with the goal of conveying feelings of love, pain, sadness, joy, loneliness... Today I want to share with you three poems that came out of nowhere, but that I really liked:

Distance

The distance between us
was a seed that germinated
without anyone planting it
It seemed to feed on promises
of future encounters
And so it grew:
Big
Beautiful
Leafy
Until one day we saw each other
And we were unable to recognize each other.

Memories

My steps went to the same old beach
to see if I could find you
like when we were children
and we built castles adorned with shells.
But the waves erased our footprints
and only your memory returned to me
over and over again.

Criminal

Today I felt more criminal than ever
Today I took a sharp knife
and stabbed it into my memory
to erase you from it
but it was no use:
Your memory returned
In bursts of tears
In a spiteful gaze
In dying eyes.

Thank you for reading
