And speaking of the mental, nothing better to think than going for a walk in the mountains. Sometimes we get stressed by insignificant things, and I think this contact with nature helps us to free ourselves from the negativity that sometimes swarms in our heads.

Each summit achieved gives you the message that there is no high mountain if you believe in your possibilities, and it is an excellent parallel to life.
Cada cumbre alcanzada te transmite el mensaje de que no hay montaña alta si crees en tus posibilidades, y es un excelente paralelismo con la vida.
