En este tiempo de cuarentena he tenido mucho tiempo de hacer cosas que normalmente no hacía con frecuencia, una de estas cosas en la dedicarle tiempo a mis plantas debido a que con el trabajo y las obligaciones de casa y el colegio de mi hija era casi que imposible.
Bien el hecho es que en este caso les presentaré la coseche de mi pequeña viña ubicada en el patio de mi casa.
Siguiendo recomendaciones de los que mas saben (los Viejos) desde esperar las faces de la luna (menguante) para podar el árbol de uvas y esperar una semana para tronarles las ramas, me han servido para obtener un buen resultado como nunca lo había tenido en mi pequeña Viña.
Estas experiencias me han servido de mucho por eso las comparto con todos mis amigos de esta comunidad.
La Poda
la primera recomendación es esperar las faces de la luna, lo podemos determinar fácilmente en consultando por Internet o como lo hacia mi abuelito con un almanaque o calendario. Cuando la Luna este en menguante debemos proceder a Podar la Vid, cortando los tallos secos.
Luego de podar, esperamos tres semanas para proceder cortar los brotes nuevos (bastagos) que salen del tronco y no sean de ese año, después tronar los tallos sin partirlos, esto ayuda a que las ramas se flexibilicen fortalezcan. A este proceso se le conoce como Espergura.
Esperamos aproximadamente tres mese para que la Vid florezca, esto puede variar según la región.
Con la espera de la floración dejamos enverar los racimos de uvas que no es mas que esperar la coloración adecuada y a´si determinar su maduración.
después de determinar la maduración de los racimos procedemos a cosecharlas y colocarlas en cestas o embaces.

The Pruning
The first recommendation is to wait for the faces of the moon, we can easily determine it by consulting the Internet or how my grandfather did it with an almanac or calendar. When the Moon is waning we must proceed to Prune the Vine, cutting the dry stems.
After pruning, we wait three weeks to proceed to cut the new shoots (bastagos) that come out of the trunk and are not from that year, then cut the stems without breaking them, this helps the branches to become more flexible and stronger. This process is known as Espergura.
We wait approximately three months for the Vine to flourish, this may vary by region.
While waiting for the flowering, we let the grape clusters stain, which is nothing more than waiting for the proper coloration and determining their maturation.
after determining the maturation of the clusters we proceed to harvest them and place them in baskets or packaging.
