Two things caught my attention when I went out the front door. There was a spider, I need to relocate; and an immature praying mantis, that had just become tangled in the web.
Spiders will allow big prey to tangle themselves up as much as possible to reduce the risk to the spider. The mantis was doing the spiders job, and getting all tangled up, when I thought about which I would like hanging out by my front door.
Or
Since I don't like to walk out my front door into a spiderweb the spider lost the toss...so I tossed him out by the mailbox. Maybe I can catch a mailman, LOL. :)
Then I recovered the mantis from the bush
Put him on the black bag above, and carefully unwound the spider webs. He was fine, so I released him into the bush, after all the spider Webs were cleared out.
