I live my house almost 19 years, all the rooftree and door are broke, but i’m not enough money to do renovation. My mom since 10 years ago keep think n say wanna renovate house, wan have a comfortable place to stay. In order for my mother to have a comfortable home, i’m with my elder sister try to make house loan to do this renovation, but unluckily we mert a cheater contractor!!!
Last year october i’m find one contractor to renovate my house, but untill today my house not yet done renovate. Actually i will find this contractor to do my house because the condition he give to me so attractive.
He promise me can start my renovation on november and done before chinese new year 2018, except that he will start this renovation without downpayment while we waiting our house loan on february.
After we sign contract, 1st month he do my house no any problem, but start 2nd month, whole month no have workers, and after that he start ask us to make payment. He saying something like we cheat him to do this contract and no pay him. Lastly i found the 110k to pay him and sign another contract to protect myself, contract about end of march must done my house renovation.
After he take money, he never bring any material come to my house, ignore my call, and the last block all my number, only left the workers there without material. Almost 1 month no give me any call and my house just let it be like that. I ever try to find this people but i can’t find him out, and i have been cheat rm110k by him.
Now i’m so worry about my house, because all the money i loan has been cheat all by him and i no have advance money to renovate my house. I more worry my mom, she so sad see our house can’t done renovate and all the money let people cheat it. What can i do after this?!
I write this post just don’t wan my friend and all buddy here be another victim, and carefully, don’t easily trust with other.
