A buddy and I spent yesterday smoking brisket and baloney. Okay you got me, I mostly hung out and drank beer and every once in a while I spead BBQ sauce on the baloney for the glaze. He did all the hard stuff.
I was a little more interested in taking pictures than eating as soon as they came out of the smoker. They looked awesome. We used white bread to make a few brisket sandwiches after the pictures were done.
Today I made sliders for lunch with hawaiian bread. I did a few different combinations. Some were brisket and a some were baloney. Added some cheddar cheese to a few.
The police knocked on my door while the sliders were in the oven. My neighbor's scooter was stolen and since I have cameras on the outside of my house the wanted to look at the video.
While I was doing that my sliders stayed in the oven just a little to long. The outside of the hawaiian bread got hard. It made a hard shell around the bread.
