I don't do many photography posts these days which is mostly because my Daddy live-in photographer is getting old and lazy but yesterday we went shopping and he did take some nice shots on his phone. Phone... lazy.
Christmas time is coming in this part of the world which means it is likely that we are going to have some kind of photo shoot where I will dress up in something silly and wear a red hat. I am looking forward to it. This also means that there are Christmas trees everywhere that have shiny things to look at and who doesn't love shiny things?
The photographer and I spent a few hours in the afternoon wandering around the shopping center seeing what we could see and finding what we could find. What we did find was a book (in of all places, a book store) that is one of my favourite Finnish authors, Mauri Kunnas but, this one is in English so that Daddy can read it to me. It is funny that characters have different names across languages. This one shifts from the roll off the tongue Herra Hakkarainen to Mr Clutterbuck.
Clutterbuck sounds a lot like what Hardfork20 was, doesn't it?
The photographer even go all fancy on his phone and edited this picture with my favorite shade of pink. It is funny because it was yellow and I was actually wearing pink, as was the photographer. We decided to wear the same shade of pink too so that we would match well as we walked around the shopping center. Yep, we are that family now.
There is heaps to do in a shopping center that people who go there to shop miss like, making funny faces in Christmas decorations. I stopped at every tree and walked around several times until I had found and stared at my piggy nose in all of the shiny ones I could reach. The photographer introduced me to this game but I think regretted it after about the third tree.
There were also some other cool things around to investigate, firstly this Moomin wall of Moomi Peikkos (I don't know the English names for these ones yet) which was on the way to the changing rooms and then:
A weird set of swings that were tied to the floor making them close to useless except for the photographer to take some shots of me and my cute pink boots. I call them my city boots. The photographer wasn't wearing matching colour shoes but, he does have them.
After all of this, we went to a cafe for some lunch and a bit of a gossip about the people who were sitting around us. I was really interested in this baby girl sitting next to us who was being fed by her mother as it feels like just yesterday I couldn't feed myself. I'll tell you a secret though, even though I can feed myself I sometimes pretend I can't and make the parents do it. Being spoon fed is awesome, you really should try it.
Although, with the increasing age of the photographer, I am not looking forward to having to feed him.
On a side note:
I have been a little inactive on Steem the last week (not because of price), but without giving away too much, I am in negotiations to take over the CEO position of Steemit Inc.
I am also working on a new back-end application called Diapery, which is going to be filled with all the best content Steem can offer.
For giggles.
