Hello everyone! This evening fish-based dinner, I decided to combine a prosecco from Veneto. Prosecco is a very versatile sparkling wine, in Italy among friends it is called "bubbles". Excellent as an aperitif, but can then accompany the entire meal, including dessert, the important thing is that the menu offers dishes that are not too tasty.

Ciao a tutti! Questa sera cena a base di pesce, ho deciso di abbinare un prosecco del Veneto. Il prosecco è uno spumante molto versatile, in Italia fra amici viene chiamato "bollicine". Ottimo come aperitivo, ma può poi accompagnare l’intero pasto, dessert compreso, l'importante è che il menù proponga piatti non troppo saporiti.
