Some people like me who always wanted to be physically strong, body built and enjoy their life time will always want to take gym as an opportunity and may no have enough capital to be going that regularly. I'm going to teach you with only one thing. Don't waste your money and time in the gym all time moving from every machine to machine, style to style, ascending to descending and all the activities involved in gym centers. As an African I always prefer cheap things but expensive.
The steps below are to guide you to gain all the gym workouts.
Please I'm not trying to look down upon those having cars and motors but what I'm trying to establish here is to exercise your body with just riding bicycle constantly to be healthy.
Although driving and riding motors make your work efficient and time saving but that's not my aim here.
Bicycle riding always strengthen your bones, stress relief and regulate your blood pressure and can keep you healthy for your whole lifespan for you to meet your grandchildren.
I always ride to school and towns with my bicycle.
