Here's a couple more ballpoint pen doodles for this #trippythursday by @blacklux
Here is a tiny little single celled organism beginning mitosis. It's goal is to make a complete copy of itself.
Suddenly a strange chemical interrupts the mitosis process and causes the process to stall. Now the two cells have to stay together and keep growing.
It is official this is the first multicelled organism. Due to its larger mass it requires more calories to sustain itself, so it has to go around feeding off the single celled organisms.
Now a bacteriophage virus has appeared to infest the first multicellular organism. In its current state it is not strong enough to complete its task.
It begins fortifying defenses and instruments for cell invasion.
Finally the bacteriophage can take on the multicellular organism. It will pierce the cell wall and inject its RNA to create copies of itself.
Unfortunately the attack was not successful and the two have merged into an abomination. A multicellular virus?!!! Watch out world its coming for you, dun dun dun.
Happy #trippythursday
