People in New Jersey have been noticing the birds are looking a bit weird as they fly overhead.
Their feathers look more like some kind of infusion of metal, plastic and fiber optics.
And these birds are super noisy with rockets blasting off their tail feathers...
They also accelerate at hypersonic speeds when a camera is pointed at them.
Government officials ensure us that all 19,000 intelligence agencies have confirmed they are just flocks of plovers flying over.
Finally a redneck in a rural area brought out the automatic shotgun and managed to down one of these "birds".
As he approached it, suddenly he was zapped by a laser beam and taken aboard an Iranian mothership.
When he came to he was surrounded by gray aliens shouting at him take me to your leader, but sadly they were saying it in Persian and they got no information out of him.
As it turns out the mothership was supposed to invade Iran not New Jersey. A flock of plovers did knock out the guidance system to the gray's ship and now their invasion is off to a rocky start.
In the end they skuttled the mission and decided to leave behind the fake realistic looking bird drones to monitor the situation.
