If you go to a bookstore or a cafe these days, you can see a flower vending machine frequently.
At first, I just looked at it with a curious mind.
Recently, a company launched a flower shop for myself, so I have lots of interest.
If flowers were only bought for others, now a flower for me meant more.
So I tried plating flowers, salmon flowers for me today.
요즘 서점이나 카페를 가면 꽃자판기가 자주 보인다.
처음에는 그냥 신기한 마음으로 바라보기만 했었는데
최근 어느 기업이 나 자신을 위한 플라워샵을 런칭하면서부터 많은 관심을 가지게 되었다.
꽃이라는 게 남을 위해서만 사는 거였다면 이제는 나를 위한 꽃 한송이가 더 의미가 있는게 되었다.
그래서 오늘은 나를 위한 꽃 컨셉으로, 연어꽃으로 플레이팅을 해보았다.

케이퍼+양파소스
바질
그래놀라
토마토+그린채소
Smoked Salmon
Caper + onion sauce
Basil
Granola
Tomato + green vegetables
처음에는 양파소스와 그래놀라로 플레이팅을 하였다가,
잎이 부족한것 같아 그린채소와, 예쁜 빨간 토마토로 교체하였다.
그리고 양파소스는 숟가락으로 쓱~했는데, 하나만 할껄 그랬다.
At first, I plated the onion sauce and the granola.
I replaced the green vegetables and pretty red tomatoes.
And I wish the onion sauce was only once. I regret it.
