I was busy researching for lunch options last Sunday and would call it serendipity that I chanced upon Le Méridien.
The Sunday buffet spread was exquisite. There was a wide variety of options from Salads, Continental, Indian and Asian cuisine. I happened to be greeted by a cheerful chef at the pasta live counter who made a ravishing tomato base pasta, with just the right amount of condiments and herbs as I had requested.
The salads had a healthy mix of veggies, meat and sauces. A special mention to the Fattoush, Tahini sauce and a variety of hummus that did absolute justice to Lebanese cuisine.
The dessert section was equally well selected with the Baked yogurt and a live counter for rolled ice creams strumming a chord with my taste buds.
In a nutshell, I would recommend this buffet lunch to anyone who wishes to spend a remembrable Sunday afternoon.
