En esos momentos está nuestra amiga la pasta para ayudarnos a solucionar.
Aquí te presento una idea no solo para una preparación de último minuto, sino para que tengas una reserva adicional y puedas defenderte en cualquier momento.

Here I share with you a basic sauce with ingredients that we usually have in the refrigerator.

Ingredientes para la salsa

🍝• - Pimentón.
🍝• - Ajo.
🍝• - Ramas de Aliños Verdes.
🍝• - Albahaca, Orégano y Sal.

Su preparación es súper sencilla, después de lavar todos los ingredientes los picamos en trozos grandes y sofreímos.
Paso seguido, pasamos por la licuadora, envasamos y una vez este a temperatura ambiente llevamos al congelador. Esta reserva te dará la oportunidad de preparar un plato rápido y sin complicaciones.
Yo ya tenía preparada en el refrigerador.

Como en la cocina tenemos que usar la creatividad podemos usarla de la manera que veamos conveniente.
Yo, en esta oportunidad la use combinada con Ketchup y mantequilla y quedó espectacular los muchachos quedaron encantados, me dijeron mamá esto sabe a Pizza, tanto es así, que al siguiente día tuve que prepararla nuevamente.

Te fijaste, en la misma olla donde cocinamos la pasta vamos a agregar Ketchup y mantequilla luego agregamos la salsa preparada cocinamos por un minuto para que se integren y agregamos la pasta que ha estado escurriéndose, y servimos caliente con el queso de preferencia.
Si deseas acompañarlo con plátanos fritos queda muy bien 😉👍🏻
