Hello food lovers. I am Jakia Simi from Bangladesh.Today I want to share a simple recipe of chicken curry which is favourite to all.Chicken is a popular food it is one of the most popular and widely consumed meats in the world.
enjoyed by people of all ages because of it’s delicious taste . It plays an important role in providing protein.We like to include chicken in our list of healthy foods.Chicken is a favorite of everyone because it is delicious and easy to
make.So today I will share with you a simple recipe for chicken.The taste of chicken meat is always different.It's taste amazing.Actually chicken meat are soft so that everybody likes chicken especially children. A small chicken had bought from the market.. First, cut the chicken and wash it well. Then, add oil in a pan and fry it with cinnamon, cardamom, onion. After the onion slices turn light brown, add water, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt to taste and grind it
well.Then, when it is cooked, I will add the meat and simmer it for 30 minutes. After the meat is slightly cooked, I will add three to four pieces of potatoes. After 30 minutes, add the broth and simmer for another 15 minutes before removing it.
