Our son was coming to take Phoenix home, he was missing his dog!😍
Liz opened the doggy treat bag and gave our Grand-dog, an “Extra” breakfast treat!😊
Mom….Dad…. I can’t hug you guys I’m sick again!🙄
Flying back from Hungary, on a fully loaded “Air Bus”, Bill picked up a “bug”!🙄
Mom looked over at me and quietly said……..
“I think our son is running a fever!”😮
The three of us talked for hours outside, while Phoenix glued herself to the backseat of our son’s car………….
This little girl wasn’t letting Bill leave without her!😍

Even with a deep connection with the two of us, everything was overridden when our son pulled into our driveway!❤️
“Silvertop….. I need a comfort Starbucks, our son just took our doggie away!”🙄
Call it “Comfort” drinks, or “drowning our sorrows”, in caffeine…………
We both needed the drive to Starbucks, and a hike at the Lynden City Park!😮
Back home, instead of Phoenix looking out the window for any elusive squirrels, slept Cot!😻
“Hi son, your Cousin Phoenix had to go home!”😺
Just then Bill texted the first photo………
He stopped on the way home to let Phoenix have a nice long run at the “Elk field” at the base of Mt Si!😍
Phoenix was home!………….
All day Cot has been extremely “clingy”, animals know when something has changed………….
“It’s OK Cot, Phoenix will come back again for another vacation with us!”😊
Phoenix you will be missed!😍
