When we lived in Riga, the last apartment that we rented had no furniture at all. We had a couple of stools from our previous places and that's it. And at this point our mindsets worked in a experimental / zero waste mode. So I desided to make a small experiment and see how much "stuff" I can make on my own. Not far away from our apartment was a small storehouse and I noticed that there are pallets always laying around the place. I talked to a maneger and he let me take the ones they are not using anymore. Now I had a small resorce of pallets - great! My maine goal was to make a kitchen counter, but that I will explain in a nother post if I will get my old laptop working again. For now I can show you a nother project of mine - sunbathing chair. Our apartment was in the sixt floor so it took some time to get down the stairs [we had no elevator] and then I still was in the midle of a city and I had to go to a park or get outside the city if I whanted to do some sunbathing. Then I desided to make a chair that I could use at home / on a balcony. The result you can see in the video.
You have any experience with pallets?
Hope you will have a great day ;)
