Hola amigos, espero que se encuentren bien. Hace mucho tiempo que no comía pan árabe y hoy quise hacer algo especial para el almuerzo por el día del padre, asi que compre pan árabe y algunas verduras para hacer rollos de pollo, es una receta algo sencilla, pero super delicioso, se pueden rellenar de carne, huevo, verduras, pollo e incluso tocineta, realmente depende de tu gusto y en mi caso solo tenia pollo asi que utilice 3 pechugas picadas en cuadritos para poder rellenar 4 rollos. Tambien probe una nueva manera de enrollarlos que vi en internet ya que normalmente solía solo doblarlos a la mitad jaja. > Hi, friends, I hope you're all doing well. Comencé dejando remojar las verduras en agua con vinagre, en este caso yo utilicé lechuga, dos tomates y media cebolla morada. El resto del relleno fue queso, jamón, mostaza, salsa de tomate, mayonesa de ajo y por supuesto, el pollo, el cual pique a cuadritos y comencé a sofreír en el sartén, luego lo comencé a sazonar usando sal, pimienta negra, adobo, salsa inglesa y mayonesa de ajo. Mientras el pollo terminaba de cocinarse empecé a cortar las verduras para tenerlas listas, iba a cortar las verduras en cuadritos y por alguna razón terminé cortándolas en rodajas y me di cuenta muy tarde pero realmente eso no me molesta tanto, solo quería que se viera un poco más estético cortándolo en cuadritos, pero ya no se podía hacer nada jaja. Tome mi pan árabe y coloque sobre la madera para comenzar a rellenarlo. > While the chicken was finishing cooking, I started cutting the vegetables so they’d be ready. It doesn’t really bother me that much, though; I just thought it would look a little nicer if I’d diced them, but there was nothing I could do about it now, haha. I took my pita bread and placed it on the cutting board to start filling it.

Vi un video de TikTok donde la gente le hace un corte al pan árabe para poder enrollarlo después en una forma que no se explicar? Jajaja, solo lo hice y rellene con todo lo que pude y comencé a girarlo hasta conseguir esta extraña forma que en realidad me gusto porque todo se mantuvo super firme dentro, Puse el pan árabe al sartén para que se calentara un poco pero sin tostarlo en exceso… Finalmente lo saque y serví. > I saw a TikTok video where people make a cut in the pita bread so they can roll it up into a shape I can't quite explain? Hahaha, I just went ahead and did it—I stuffed it with everything I could and started rolling it until I got this weird shape, which I actually liked because everything stayed really secure inside. I put the Arabic bread in the pan to warm it up a bit without over-toasting it… Finally, I took it out and served it.

Les juro que quedo delicioso, me encantaría comerme uno relleno de aguacate y pollo y quizás sin tantas salsas que sea un poco más natural, lo que mas amo es que es muy versátil y facil de preparar. > I promise you it turned out delicious. I'd love to try one filled with avocado and chicken—and maybe without so much sauce, so it's a little more natural. What I love most is that it's very versatile and easy to make.
