We are indeed a strange breed.
But for politicians and Fiat monopoly money, would we be content?
To my mind at least the war that is 50 minutes from my door seems surreal in more ways than 1.
Shopping yesterday at Lidl supermarket went like this, we pulled into the car park and behind us was a troop carrier in green; inside were 10 or 15 soldiers in full combat gear (minus weapons). You know the sort, green canvass back, large and large enough to hold 50 or more soldiers.
And so it was we went shopping surrounded by soldiers doing the same, if that is my new normal, so be it, but it is strange to say the least.
Since all crime-ministers started spouting the WEF saying/expression "build back better" and in true political double talk/speak "everything" has got worse.
Let's see now below what build back better looks like.
Soaring fuel prices worldwide.
Food shortages and empty shelves in grocery stores.
Rampant inflation.
Electricity shortages.
- Another war.
I could go on but need I? You see what I see.
Yesterday the evil bastard that is Putin wrote into law some sort of decree forcing 134,500 young men to join his army of killers to slaughter more innocent people next door to me in the Ukraine.
It must feel oh so self gratifying being able to do so with the stroke of a pen, force 134,500 people to go and fight his war hey, he does not have to look after the displaced people, the now homeless that now reside here with me, with us, the 4 million plus souls we have taken in here.
Now something stinks about this whole thing to my mind at least, I can see no reason why this was not over and done with in a single day. You can not tell me battle hardened troops that had been boots on ground in Syria for a decade have no clue how to fight.
The utter chaos, the chaotic manner of this war stinks to high heaven, like it was meant to drag on, have no solution, no end.

Surreal in more ways than one.
I am led to believe that American and Russian astronauts live on a space-station and some of them just came back. All smiles like best of friends, is that not in and of itself a complete farce?
I think we can all agree on one thing, all we want is peace and to be left alone to live our life happily, but then we have narcissistic polis named ticians that seem hell bent on molding/moulding the world in their view, to their ideals.
Psychopathic "look at me, look at how important I am" morons the lot of them, and people vote for them. The latter astounds me.
My stance with regards war is it is useless, so are politicians.
Whilst we pick up the pieces, house the displaced, help them blend in, feed them too, little Hitler Putin gets his boy soldiers to fight his poxy war and die in his name.
And space tossers be being tossing in space, apparently.
We spend billions looking for "intelligent life" but why the feck would they want to meet us? We spend every year, every single one in a war somewhere on this rock we call earth - killing each other, and for what.
Can anyone give me a reason why an alien would want to meet any of us when we can not even get on with each other?
Even online we argue, about what? Silly little opinions. What ever happened to discussion, discourse and agreeing to disagree.
Have we learned nothing!
Not a single one of us learns anything by ignoring someone else's point/pint of view. We have all become a mirror image of politicians with our own arrogance, are we all narcissists after all, all just as psychopathic as politicians, serious question?
Meanwhile in the not so Great Britain.
People are arguing over men now being asked if they are pregnant when they visit a hospital, I shit yee not.
And arguing about "can a woman grow a penis!"....

Serious question that one, with people arguing about insane subjects like those two above, beam me up Scottie please, it never used to be like this, did it?
I feel like I have been down some wormhole like those you see on TV shows where you keep getting morphed into a different reality, a different world, it never used to be this way, did it?.....
