A Solo Saturday Of Self Discovery, Luxury And Adventure #307

If you had a completely free, solo Saturday with an unlimited budget, what are the three things you would definitely do?

Hello #ladiesofHive, happy new week. The weather here has been amazing, tingling my heart with the desire to go on a long vacation. I jokingly mentioned it again to my subordinate during our banter, and now the topic is somehow here; let me pour my heart out about my solo Saturday.

Home Alone And Happy

Ordinarily, my Saturdays are do-not-disturb days. I use Fridays to plan my Saturdays. So, on my way home, I stop at the market and buy everything we need for the weekend. I also share household chores so that everyone knows what to do on Saturday while I rest all day. I wake very late, make soup and stew, and end my day with my online activities while resting.

However, this is a different Saturday: a solo one, for that matter. If I am given a completely solo Saturday with an unlimited budget, trust me, the world may stand still that day because I will make sure that I give myself some real pampering.

First, I will look up and book a serene environment with a Safari experience for that Solo Saturday. This is because I love being in an environment where I will have access to nature, good cultural cuisine, and sports. Waking up in the morning, I will go for a medical check-up to confirm my health status and do the same before leaving. Afterwards, I’ll consider a massage and spa, sipping naturally made fruit juice to prepare my body for lunch and rest, rest, and rest.

Relaxing And Refueling

Second, I will go sightseeing around the Safari, see different animals and beautiful scenes in the environment, play some volleyball and table tennis, enjoy the cool breeze, good music, and a peaceful moment with myself. I will explore the serene environments quietly while sampling the different foods they have. However, I will consider my African Salad, Fisherman Soup, and Edikan soup in small quantities with a sip of African palm wine.

Third, I would go shopping for artworks, perfumes, jewellery, clothes, shoes, and some books. After that, I will take photographs, establish connections with people I find interesting, build my friend list, and expand my horizons through great interactions with some of the individuals there.

Finally, I will have time to listen to news updates in the evening, refuel, recharge, and reflect on my stay to prepare for leaving the next day. The opportunity would give me a lifetime of experience and discovery, but the real deal is the comfort and serenity to pamper myself. An experience and memory I will cherish long after the solo Saturday is over. Thank you.
