This got me thinking around the structure of the society and leadership. There are seminars held, platform opened and motivation speakers invited with the sore aim of influencing people through their words. The government sits in a position giving out instructions and setting laws in attempt to maintain a society that's free of crime and mediocrity , but so far, it had changed just a lean side of the society while crime and violence still exist.
Just few had gone out of the zone of speech, which has become a culture that the best way to change men is giving out advice . Just few had thought and practice Erich words. Maybe because we are also found faulty of what we air abroad and wish that others do what we couldn't, else the best form of influencing any group of persons is through example. A teacher who expect to see his students do well in a subject always start with an example. Setting example help people believe it's possible, it helps unveil the possibility around any task that's set ahead and offer others avenue to strive toward becoming just it.
What we see has more influence on us as human than what we hear. Human learn faster by example than mere words that are scattered out of lines. Example is not just the main way but the only way to transformation in the society, To the revival we hope to see, To a new world we envision. If the world was more of example than speaking, there's possibility that human race would have become a product of influence. But then hypocrisy and pretense has filled the void and has crowded the heart of men to believe what the society opine cannot be achieve.
The greatest way to influence any human, or the only way to influence human into becoming who you want them to be, is not by words but by example- it speaks louder than words.
