To achieve the goals set, it is necessary to work hard. Willpower is the main tool and the most appropriate way to achieve success in what we want.
The quality that an individual has of persevering in his objectives, of remaining firm in his decisions, is called will. When a person has made the decision to do something, he will need the willpower to not be seduced by external motivations that may appear to prevent him from continuing with his purposes.
Firmness and perseverance should be the decision taken to make it clear that one has willpower. Today, it is more difficult than ever to demonstrate this quality due to the amount of stimuli, both negative and positive, that conspire to divert people from the successful completion of their projects.
We must have expensive that progress and success depend on decisions made and projects undertaken conscientiously, evaluated in advance. Willpower is required to reach the ideal weight and feel better with oneself; to get a job, to leave bad habits, to increase income, to stay in school, to start a career and even to get up early or be punctual.
There is no excuse to overcome. There are people with limited economic resources or with certain physical limitations, for example, who after going through hundreds of hardships prepare, persevere and finally achieve success. The key is in the word perseverance, precisely in the strength of will. However, these two concepts can be difficult to achieve and sometimes have a high price.
If a person does not have the willpower to achieve big goals, he must start with small ones to achieve short-term results and with that stimulus he increases his perseverance.
