It took 8 months of craziness looking, but finally my wife and I moved in to an apartment馃榾 Finally my wife has a kitchen to cook in, hopefully she remembers how to, it has been sooo long for her. I can't wait until she starts cooking pierogis for me and chicken shawarma. Hers what our new kitchen looks like.
We ended up finding a two bedroom apartment, here is the main bedroom.
We have some neat views looking outside, nighttime can be very entertaining seeing all the tweakers sketching out
My wife and I celebrated and ordered pizza, then we were tired, so we tried to fall asleep, but I was too excited, so I ended up listening to an audio book "The Game Of Life And How To Play It by Florence Scovel Shinn"
Then I was able to fall asleep.
I woke up in the AM and I decided to go for a walk downtown and I was feeling a little hungry and I also desperately needed coffee. So I stopped in Backhome Coffee, its a fairly new coffee place here in the city, my wife has been saying to me the past couple of weeks to go in there for coffee .
So I grabbed myself some coffee.
Egg and cheese on a croissant, it tasted reaaly great.
I couldn't resist a Nanaimo Bar, it was just like how my Grandma used to make back in the day when she was alive.
It was a rad place to chill out in.
After that I walked down to the St. Clair River. And looked at Port Huron.
I could see see a big ship cruising thru the river, its hard to see the ship in this photo, its almost like the book "Where's Waldo"
I walked a little more.
I don't know where else I am going to walk to, maybee I should go look for somwhere to get my car tire fixed , so I can start driving around again.
